What data we collect and why
Newsletter subscription. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use it solely to send you updates about our work and studio. We use Mailchimp to manage subscriptions. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
Contact enquiries. When you contact us by email or phone, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message) in order to respond to your enquiry. This data is not stored beyond the communication unless we enter a working relationship.
Website analytics. We may collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website (pages visited, time on site) to improve the experience. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (newsletter) or on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties beyond the service providers necessary to operate our communications (Mailchimp).
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@bonnie-clyde.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) at dataprotection.ro.
Data retention
Newsletter subscribers' data is retained until unsubscription. Contact enquiry data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and deleted upon request.
